Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and cancellations work for purchases made from Agropoint Services. Because our offerings include immediate access to digital materials and remote learning resources, refund eligibility depends on the type of product, the level of usage, and the timing of the request.

This policy is intended to be fair and transparent. Nothing in this policy limits rights that may be mandatory under applicable consumer protection laws. If mandatory rights apply, we will honor them.

2. Digital Content and Immediate Access

Many of our offerings provide instant access to video lessons, templates, downloads, or a learning platform. When digital access is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited once substantial access has occurred.

“Substantial access” can include completing a meaningful portion of the course, downloading a significant number of materials, or consuming a non-trivial amount of video content. We evaluate usage signals reasonably and in good faith.

3. Course Refund Window (Where Offered)

If a specific course or program includes a stated refund window on the checkout page or product description, that window applies. When no specific window is stated, the default approach below applies.

  • Requests made shortly after purchase and before meaningful consumption of content are generally eligible for review.
  • Requests made after extensive viewing, downloading, or completion of modules are typically not refundable.
  • If a course includes live sessions or cohort access, refunds may be restricted once the cohort has started.

4. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you purchase a subscription, you can cancel future renewals by disabling renewal in your account (if available) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but typically does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.

If you believe a renewal charge was made in error (for example, duplicated payment), contact us promptly so we can investigate.

5. Bundles, Multi-Product Purchases, and Promotions

Bundled offerings may include multiple modules, templates, or components delivered together at a discounted rate. For bundles, refunds may require revocation of access to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual components are generally not available unless required by law.

Promotional purchases (discount codes, flash sales, limited-time offers) follow the same rules as standard purchases, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Common Exceptions

The following are generally non-refundable, except where required by law:

  • One-time downloads that have been delivered and accessed.
  • Personalized plans, custom reviews, or tailored deliverables once work has started.
  • Offerings where the product page states “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
  • Third-party fees, chargebacks costs, or taxes where non-recoverable.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send a message to support with your full name, order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief explanation of the issue. The more context you provide, the faster we can evaluate your request.

We may request additional information to validate the purchase or to understand technical access issues. We will not require you to share sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to process the request.

8. Processing Times and Method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution. If the original method is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative such as store credit.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
